Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, email memreillc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll email the next steps and return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us first.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can help make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact memreillc@gmail.com.
